I got a new mavic air 2 but it's images from the camera are coming out like this and also the video. What could cause this problem? And what could be the solution? I have updated the firmware as well.

There was no error code displayed on my dji fly app. Everything ran smoothly but both the live feed and stored footage appeared like this.
The location is Joypurhat, Bangladesh.
