I just got notified about the new Fly App 1.3.0.
Just follow the link as described by the guy in the video.
The link also works for DE instead of UK and is currently the only way to get it, because it is not shown yet on main download page.

Yep agree but might wait for the inevitable bugs to be found before rushing into installation unless you're getting the FPV.

Indeed. The initial release is always the last round of beta testing.

It's now officially on the iOS app store.

Updated Fly App to the new version. Just finished an indoor flight, all modes, no issues at all. iPhone XR IOS 14.4/ Fly App 1.3.0/ latest MA2 Firmware.

Thanks for sharing.  Update and flew MA2 for 20 minute flight.  No issues.  It appears the only change was to add the new DJI FPV drone to the Fly App.  I flew using my new Galaxy S21 Ultra on Android 11 OS, Snapdragon processor.

I just tried 1.3.0 (iOS) on my Mavic Air 2 and the max flight speed, acceleration, and yaw speed have all decreased.  Yaw was set for 75 in normal mode and it was really slow (almost tripod mode slow.)  Maxed it out to 90 and it was still slow.

I really hope DJI didn't gimp the MA2.  I'll delete and reinstall the app to see if it fixes it.

For those who didn't noticed yet. The Fly app 1.2.4 has since today the inapp update 1.3.0 available on Android.

Yes, I reinstalling fixed that problem.  Yaw and top speeds are fine now.

It downloads from within the Fly app on my Android phone directly. Everything seems to work fine although haven't had much time (weather) to test more.

Anyone besides me sick of software being released with such generic changelogs?  "Fixed certain issues and improves user experience"?  Common' - We paid a lot for these drones, and knowing the details would be a good thing.

Even real changes or added features are not explained properly. It is always try and error.

I would hope it fixes the stuck at 30m/50m issue but sadly the update doesn't work on the smart controller. I am really having buyers remorse with my purchase.

I go to my App with my iPhone12 and download the DJI Fly. When I launch it, it does NOT HAVE the new DJI FPV. The description says it is supported but what's going on without the FPV link on there????

Downloaded via the DJI Fly app, play store no longer updated.

I updated my version to 1.3.0 and the app didn't work anymore. I am using an Android phone, the Oneplus 5t. The previous versions all worked well, but if I start this one my screen goes black and it doesn't seem to do anything. Furthermore my homebutton, returnbutton and taskmanager disappear and i can't get them back except by pressing the powerbutton. I am hoping for a hotfixed version soon.

I assume this can be founded via play / google store for android?

EDIT: Oh.. Guess not. Got it on old (2nd) huawei phone, but nothing on oneplus 8, which is still on 1.2.1

Very true.

Its like on spotify updates. "Keep ur app updated. We add whistles&bells time to time there!" But no any info what.
