I just received my dji mavic air 2 back from being repaired. They failed to return my USB-C lightning cable that connects my phone to the controller. It takes so long to get a hold of dji and when they do, they tell me that they will work on my case in 48hrs. I get it if it was a repair request, but failing to return my cable that was in my controller to begin with is djis fault and I would expect them to do there best and make it right. I waited almost a month to get my drone back from repair and I need to use my drone and now I can’t because they forgot to send me back the main component to fly the drone. I get stuff happens, but making me wait days or weeks just to process my request and send me my cable is ridiculous. If that’s how long it’s going to take, just refund me $15 from the repair charge and let me buy the cable myself so I don’t have to wait for days or weeks.
