Hoping to get some help....

Our school has purchased some Tello drones. We would like to use them with Droneblocks to allow students to program them autonomously. Droneblocks have suggested that the drones need their firmware updated before they'll be able to run using Droneblocks. They currently have firmware number 1.04.92.01??

Only issue is that every attempt at downloading firmware is failing.... and have tried on multiple devices (brand new Ipads, and a number of phones?

Any ideas why the firmware is failing to download?

In regard to your concerns, can you try upgrading the drone with the method below? Step 1: Power off the drone first Step 2: Hold the power button with power off for about  5 to 8S until the green led goes off. [ Gotta release it as soon as the green led turns off ] Step 3:  Once succeed, it would flashing red led. Step 4:  Then connect Tello's wifi and redo firmware upgrade.
