I just received the Pocket 2 and following the tutorial I plugged it in my smartphone which did firmware updates.

Then I wanted to use it to try and I realized that the gimbal is not moving, meaning the motors seems to be in free-rotation. It does not correct any of my movements.

The joystick, set to the Gimbalcontrol, has no effect on the Gimbal.

When running the calibration, it's stuck at 0% and then fails.

When starting up the device, the gimbal is not doing the "motor-check" (rotating everyhting) as I can see it doing on demo-videos.

Is there are way to "unlock"/"relock" the motors? Or do I have to return my device?

Thanks,

Patrick.

Hi, pboettch. Thanks for reaching out and posting your concern. Our apologies for the inconvenience it has caused. Please restart your DJI Pocket and perform another test including Gimbal Auto-Calibration. Should the same problem persists, we strongly advise returning it back to our Service Center or to your dealer to have it replaced.

I tried restarting like 20 times. To no avail.

I'm quite disappointed that individual devices at this price range can leave the fab of yours.
