There is one battery for the P4 RTK which doesn't charge (description in video), has anyone experienced this? The battery is brand new and never had been charged by the final user. Any solution?

Try something , always watching ... once inserted in the hub , try put  the battery On  ..... to see if it get charge ...

I don't know of a P4 battery fault code involving LED 1. LEDs 2-4 are normally used.



Try in other slots of the hub and without hub. Or another charger altogether.
