It was so tragic.
I have many friends who have lost so much over this flood, it's very sad.
Thank God, nobody was killed, but many were stranded, and needed to be rescued via boats.
While the flood waters have receded, the recovery will take months...

It was so surreal while I was recording this, because many of the houses, as well as businesses, are people I know, as friends, as well as seeing them in a business sense.
I recorded this, not out of a morbid curiosity, but to preserve the  moment, so people would have a record of just how bad it really was.

On a more positive note, nobody was severely injured and the waters have receded, so people have started to clean up, and have started repairing the damages...

I would cry if that happened here,  I have a limited edition car thats not replaceable.

What a mess... but we are resilient and will overcome. Love the Johnny Cash.

It definitely was a devastating event.  Hopefully recovery will come sooner than later for the residents.
