Good morning.
Lately there has been quite some spam on the forum again.
We do report this as spam, but it still takes quite some time before they are removed.
Anything we can do to speed this up?

Ah yes, the rules and regulations that a lot of people seem to overlook. Thank you for taking the time to help our situation. Here is another link to recent spam with the word “counterfeit” right in the title that has been reported by many users yet the post, and the spam account, still remain...

Also, in the regulations it states that users get forum points for reporting spam posts which doesn’t happen.

Then there is the account named Evaaaa that has been posting spam for months but only half of the spam posts have been removed and the account left active to continue the behavior.

A few users are questioning why the report function seems to not work. We don’t get forum points for reporting scam posts and what we do report does not get dealt with.
