My P4P got friendly with a tree after a "signal fight" with what I later found out to be hidden underground power cables of some significance near the property. Anyway, it dropped about 35 feet and smacked the concrete driveway and was done flying.
I held off sending it in when it happened, because I was aware that it probably wasn't going to happen fast w/Covid-19 restrictions hampering inside business activites, so I flew the P3S, and recently purchased an M2P.

I finally sent the P4P in for service on last Wed. It arrived as was checked in on Thur., assessment/invoiced on Fri., Repaired on Fri., QA and shipped today, Mon. $185.00 USD --
I consider that an excellent turnaround time for a repair, not a replacement.
