Sounds like you're near an airport or some where restricted. For example, near Port Angeles (WA) where I was planning on flying last week then checked Airmap, I noticed the number and red line above it too. 0 means you can NOT fly where as other numbers mean to stay below that in feet. So when I see 100 or 200, then when I apply for FAA waiver then you need to stay below 100 or 200 feet.
