I mistakenly selected Chinese instead of English when beginning he setup of the goggles. How do I do a factory reset?

I have a similar problem. I need to reset my goggles, because it’s stuck in the language Manu. I can’t choose anything and pressing the buttons also don’t work.
It’s the first set up of my new fpv.

Why doesn't anybody ever reply to these threads, do the mods even do anything?
