Hi, there. Sorry to know about your drone. If you wish to change the status of your repair request and use the DJI Express service, your current case has to be canceled. I tried to pull up your case using your DJI Forum account but unfortunately did not give me any results of your recently created case. If decided to use the case you created, you will still be given the option to use your DJI Care Refresh after your unit undergoes the damage assessment procedure.
In creating an online repair request, please take note and remember to tick that "I have a DJI service plan", then click " Learn More" to use the DJI care refresh express service; Please be advised that if your country doesn't support to apply the online repair request to use the DJI Care refresh express, kindly contact our Product Support for further assistance, our support will help to open a case. Ok, thats good to hear. Is there a cost to cancelling and refiling or should I just wait on the longer Online time? Time isn't a huge issue. If not, how would I go about doing that? |
