Months ago, after the last firmware update I lost the ability to tap the smart controller screen for a live temp display when in IR mode (H20T). I keep contacting DJI without any response apart from that thye will call me. I did miss one phone call in the middle of the night but that was it. I returned the call and left a message with no response.

Now, I've noticed I have lost the ability to record in anything other than 1080p from the zoom cam.

I've been hanging out for a firmware update which will hopefully rectify these issues but they are tkaing too long and I am losing business without these functionalities.

Please help!!
