Have unboxed min dji fpv this weekend and the controller eon’t charge. Tried to push the power button for 20 sec but nothing helps.

Hello there snuf. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Have you tried using a different USB-C cable for us to be able to isolate the said issue? Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.

DJI Customer support was not helpful in my case, still trying to deal with all this..

In the end I returned everything because it was dead on arrival.
Now its ok!
