I have a fly more kit and the third battery failed to update at 50% power, the drone just restarts over and over then says failed.

The two center lights are lighted up and the charger does not work on the battery, how do I get this replaced DJI didnt even fly it yet..

If you bought direct from DJI you will need to raise a service request, otherwise the place you bought it from.

be careful, never had an issue like this and I own every drone past the P3 series......very upset at DJI
