Up until the last time I tried I have been using an Android phone and an iPad to fly my mavic mini now the controller won't connect to either one with the Android phone I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it connected first try now today it won't connect again with a iPad I uninstalled the app then reinstalled it still won't connect can anyone help

May we know what is the model of the android device you are using please and can you please check if both the remote controller and the said DJI Drone's firmware is up to date.
