does anyone know how to do a factory reset? I want to try updating again when the right arm stopped shining after the update

You cannot reset to factory using the Assistant 2 - the option is not there.

Gamora, that is only true if you're using a PC the Assistant 2 Application does not work properly on a Mac. You can connect to the drone/goggles/remote, but updating the firmware does not work properly. You will still get the 'inconsistent firmware' message and have to connect to the Fly App to complete the process.
