The drone was purchased from Unieuro, an Italian shop. The previous owner is looking for the receipt. It's fine if I send you photos of the box. Then from today the drone appears stolen. Currently, there may not be a limitation for activating the DJI Care Refresh in this situation. The limitation is whether the drone is activated beyond 48 hours.
