Requested service for my battery because it would not turn off and it drained the battery, eventually, it would not charge at all. Filed a case, CAS-5986683-J3J7V9, sent in they took a picture of it, no damage, stated it did not fall under warranty. This is a brand new battery, used 3 times before I put it away because it never worked correctly, $150 down the drain and poor customer service. 15 billion-dollar company, I have bought 4 drones from and they can't even honor their battery warranty... Can't wait for a suitable competitor...
