My remote 2 for dji fpv drone

Is connect but in goggles V2 there is a warning

" remote controller control stick error "

The goggles told me to reset the remote by a step by step 0% to 100% movements but the problem is when I move my sticks I stay at 0% !

Only the tilt stick move !

I can't use at all my remote it's brand new for one week ...
