I am trying to capture my stills in both raw and jpg format.  I can see that my settings are correct but when I try and bring the files into my computer for editing the raw files are not there.  Any ideas on what might be happening?  

Are you seeing the dng files there with your jpg files, or are you saying there are no dng files?

DJI's dng files require specialised software to open them, if your editing software isn't capable of opening the dng files, it will only show the files it can open.

Hi, tarmour22. Thanks for reaching out and posting your concern. Kindly confirm where you're extracting the files. If you have a MicroSD card installed on the Mavic 2, please remove it and plug it into your desktop/laptop using an adapter to review the files including the DNG. If you don't have a MicroSD card installed on your Mavic 2, connect the Mavic 2 directly to your computer/desktop then turn the Mavic 2 on to review the files including the DNG. Specific software is required to view the DNG properly.

There are no dog files.  We operate in Photoshop and typically can still see new raw file formats even if we do not have the software to open them but in this case I cannot see them.  They are not even showing up on the screen when previewing through my DJI device.  Any thoughts?

Thanks for your reply.  We have copied the files from the Mavic to a MicroSD and I can see the jpg files but not the raw.  I cannot see the raw in my device either.  I am operating in Photoshop which I expect could open the raw files as I have not been able to find any other software noted for opening the raw files from my Mavic 2.  Any thoughts?

There are only two possibilities ... either:
1.  You haven't switched the camera settings to record dng + jpg
2.  The files are there but you are looking with a program that is not showing them

Try looking with Windows explorer or something like that.

We have copied the files from the Mavic to a MicroSD
The place you should be looking for the dng files is on the SD card you put in the drone.
That's where they are saved.

Hello , I have the same issue, if I use DSG app, only JPEG and auto settings are applied, do not matters what and where I set. RAW works only in DJI GO 4 in manual mode. Do somebody has a solution for this issue?
