I am only able to take photos when using my osmos 3. Anyone have this problem before?

Also, kindly check whether your phone is connected to the Osmo Mobile 3's Bluetooth.

as I had no valid answer, DJI the latest firmware is impossible to install it's been weeks since I try... Huawei P30Pro EMUI 11
