Hi, avgrafyx. Thanks for reaching out and posting your concern. Please check whether you're currently running the latest version of the DJI GO 4. For Android users, please go to this link to download the latest DJI GO 4: https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4
Kindly also double-check whether the Multiple Flight Modes is enabled under the Main Controller or MC Settings. If the problem continues, please update or refresh both aircraft and remote firmware via the DJI Assistant 2.
Thanks, Gamora!
I have connected the Mavic and the Remote Controller to DJI Assistant 2, both were shown as being up- to-date but I did a Refresh on both to be sure.
I had a problem with Go4, though. My phone allowed the file download but did not allow me to install files from that source. I changed the permission in the phone's security settings to allow it and tried again, and it then asked if I wanted to update the installed app (which was shown as current when I checked it previously anyway) so I OK'd that but then it told me it could not install the update. However, if I go into the settings and go to 'About',, it confirms the installed version is 4.3.37 So everything is as it should be.
If I then go into MC Settings in the app with the drone connected, there is no 'Multiple Flight Modes' menu item that I can find. The only related menu item appears to be 'Enable Intelligent Flight Modes', which is set to 'On'. As stated in my post, I can enter data into the fields for Point Of Interest, for example, with the camera down and the drone hovering over the POI, but after entering the settings, there's no response when I try to initiate the POI flight.
As the question has appeared in other threads, and has also been asked by another forum member in relation to my issue, it's not in Sport Mode, but if I move that switch on the Remote Controller, it then gives the appropriate warnings, so although I have not used Sport Mode, the switch does seem to work and is currently in the 'Off' position.
So I still can't use Intelligent Flight Modes. Any further ideas, please?
Thanks for your help!
