I recently purchased DJI Mavic Air 2 fly more bundle with 3 batteries and a charging hub, etc.  I charged all three on the Hub the first time because I did not read any warnings not to do so until later.  Now, every time I use one particular battery, I cannot fly more than 100 feet up and 135 feet away.  I suffered a lot of grief before I identified the battery as the problem.  As soon as I switch the battery, I can fly higher and farther no problem.  Is there a way to fix this battery, or do I have to send it back to DJI and request replacement?  I suspect others have experienced this and this may explain some posts about not being able to turn off beginner mode.  Any insight is most appeciated.  Thanks!
