Just updated firmware to v 1.2.8 and bench tested only to find that the motors shut down whenever the left control stick is held full back for more than 1 second (center, left or right) independent of the right control stick.  Complete shutdown of the motors is a bad thing during flight and is only supposed to occur when both sticks are pulled back and center simultaneously and for more than 3 seconds.  

Still requires both sticks back and center to restart but only one back - left, right or center to kill!!!!

Haven't tested this in flight but will in the a.m.  Thought it might be worth mentioning since it seems like a crash waiting to happen.

The barometer is detecting that you were on the ground. That is why it is shutting down.
