I recently was flying some mapping missions, I used 3 different apps to create and fly the missions including Drone Harmony, Dronelink, and finally the DJI pilot app. In all three cases, the drone would fly a portion of the mission and then the gimbal would have an error and it would aim the camera in a different direction and/or stop capturing images. I had the gimbal at -80 degrees and then it would revert to 0 and stop capturing. I have cleaned the connection between the drone and gimbal with compressed air, even though it looked clean.
Is the loss of connection with the gimbal something there is a known fix for? I'm stumped and need help. I can share flight logs if that is helpful. We really need this bird to be working correctly.
TIA.
