When trying to download a video to my mobile device (Samsung Galaxy S21) using the Fly App with my Mini 2, the "Trimmed Download" is greyed out, and when I try to select it, it gives me a message that says "Cache incomplete. Trimmed download unavailable." I made sure the video cache was turned on and set to the max. I can download the full video, but not timmed. Any suggestions?
