Good day,
I opened the case CAS-5995270-Y1V0N8 for my MA2 as a flyaway.
Later on, I retrieved the drone, so I want to send it for recovery under DJI Care.
Within the open case, support told me I need to raise a case under
- Refresh service https://repair.dji.com/repair/index
Still, I cannot open the new case because the site says that another case is already opened.
I sent an email on the same to support, but for 4 days, I got no response.
May I ask to explain the next steps expected and how to recover my drone?
