I purchased my Mavic Mini last Fall, and have flown it a number of times.
Unfortunately, today it crashed into a mailbox and fell to the ground.
I replaced two props and thought I'd be good to go.
Unfortunatley, it just goes through a continuous re-boot process, every few seconds the motors twitch and it beeps 3 times.

I've removed and replaced the battery a few times, removed the SD card, pressed and held the power on button...

It won't boot up.

Perhaps a connector got bumped loose during the crash?

Hi JCarter, I am sorry to hear about the accident. As the drone crashed and fell down to the ground, damages may be caused and the issue occurs. Please send the drone back for our service center for further diagnosis and service.
