Hi,

I recently purchased the DJI FPV drone and activated it yesterday, however I never received the email with my DJI Care Refresh Service Agreement, and when I try to check it in the service plan page it just says "The serial number you entered is invalid.  Please check and try again. If you have any questions, please feel free  to contact DJI Support."

I purchased the DJI FPV combo with the 2 year care refresh plan.


I contacted support but they were unable to help - please would someone be able to advise?

To clarify some information, where did you purchase the service plan and the DJI FPV? In addition, to verify the serial number, could you please provide me the serial number of the unit that you've received over PM? Thank you.
