Greetings,
I wanted to ask if its normal that one of the cells on my battery is on "orange" on Airdata. Its only 13 times charged.

The other 2 batterys dont show any sign of wear.
Any suggestions?

Sure I get that! Is there any recommended way to get that report to you /DJI to read out the readings from my battery?

Your battery is fine.
Airdata unnecessarily scares people with that minor deviations nonsense.
They even tell you it's nothing.
Read the text they put just above the graph.
Note that even a perfect battery would have minor deviations and it is normal.
