Hello there,
I sent my drone (Mavic Mini) to repair using Care Refresh service.
I receive analyse :
SN: XXXXXX Incident date: 2021 03 16 FLY97
1. Unit was in P-GPS mode and was responsive to RC input;
2. At flight time T= 03:17, relative height H= 37.7 meters, distance D= 155.8 meters,
3. Incident coordinates: 25.9514530 -80.2582489
According to the analysis, the incident was caused by non pilot error. Therefore, it is concluded to warranty.
Then I receive second email couple days after (see attach image).
That's weird cause first say "non pilot error" then "Dear customer, We regret that the service is not covered by warranty based on the results of damage assessment, please find details listed below"
What's wrong ?
