Hi, how can I check if my drone is new or refurbished? I heard the formula was looking at the 10th digit of the S/N (If it's R, it means refurbished) Can you confirm?

Hello there Jackie-Gan. Good day and thank you for the inquiry. To check if the said DJI Product is refurbished or brand new. Kindly please check the serial number. For all refurbished products, the fifth from last character will be "S"or "R". Thank you.
