I am facing a very strange issue.
The pictures taken with auto mode on Mini 2 are extremely overexposed.
I have attached an example.
Taking the pictures with manual settings all is fine.
The settings are:
White balance: auto
Picture: auto

More interestingly I didn't notice the issue with taking video.

The first thing to check is your exposure compensation to see if you've accidentally set it to overexpose.
Look down in the lower right of your screen to see the number under EV.
If it's showing a + number, exposure compensation is set to overexpose.


If you had posted a full-size original image, I could check the metadata to confirm whether that is what's happening.
But the image you posted is a small cached image, only 1600 x 900 pixels with almost no metadata.

Did you touch the screen prior to taking the shot? If you tapped on a dark area, it will expose for that,  and blow out the highlights.

You are correct i've set the ev high, no idea how I didn't saw it.

Hello there iivan004. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused before and and it is great to know that after checking the EV on the DJI Fly application the issue has been fixed. Have a safe and a happy flying always.

Just a note, no 's' in the word "Oversexposed pictures"   Overexposed pictures?   

Was wondering what was being photo'ed ;-)   Got my hopes up for a minute!!!
