I have seen anecdotal web posts suggesting that a Ham Radio license is REQUIRED for flying FPV, which is pretty much ALL DJI drones. Can someone please clarify if/when/where a ham license is required to pilot a drone?


FYI....I am currently flying a Mavic 2 pro.

No Ham licence required,  some FPV users use radios to talk which might require a licence depending on the bands but just flying is fine.
