Tried to fly my mavic air recently and the Mavic air controller does not operate the drone. It also does not have an option to calibrate the controller in the menu of the go app. All firmware appears to be up-to-date and I'm wondering if I need to downgrade in order to have the controller function. The only options to control the drone are the virtual sticks on the screen of the app.

May we know what is the model of the mobile device you are using please and can you also please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 application for us to be able to isolate the said issue. In addition I will post a DJI tutorial video on how to calibrate the DJI Mavic remote controller. Thank you.

Uninstalling and reinstalling seem to make the functionality return and fix it but is soon went back to the same problem.
