Hello members, I got the scare of my life when the birds suddenly approached my drone while I was flying in the park.

If at all the drone is damaged by birds during flight will that be covered in the care and refresh package?

As long as you can recover the wreckage you should be covered.

Hi, deepanshus. Thanks for reaching out and posting your inquiry. To answer your question, yes, this case is still considered and covered by the DJI Care Refresh as long as you're able to retrieve the unit and have it return back to our Service Center.

Unless the bird (falcon, hawk) carries the drone off you'll be okay.  You just have to be able to retrieve the drone to send in.
