Hi pilots,


I'am using the DJI Crystalsky 7.85 But it is not posible to make a live broadcasting to Facebook.
The browser in the Crystalsky is outdated for this function and it is unable to instal the Chrome browser.
What do i need to do to fix this issue?

Until DJI supports their customers and products, you might be out of luck.
They will give you a bunch of "lip service" and tell you the standard line "So sorry, engineers are working on it, we will get back to you"
That never happens my friend.

I am not sure if you upgraded to the newest firmware version put out in December of 2019. If you have you are really out of luck because this firmware on the Crystal Sky does not permit downgrading to previous firmware.
I am not sure if you can install programs via APK files like you can with previous versions.

The firmware is the following;

CrystalSky Firmware (5.5'') v03.00.02.00
2019-12-16

There is also many issues with this firmware listed on this forum under the Crystal Sky topics.

Try to install the browser via a service like APK Pure. That may work for you as I have also installed software like Litchi and Dronelink via this method and they work fine.

Thnx for the info.
I already installed the Chrome.apk file with succes but the DJI App opens only the
standard browser, I can't say "open with Chrome."

I think there is no solution for this problem.
