I get the following message When I try to to take photos/record videos.
"Internal storage not found"
The photos and videos you shot will be saved in the cache space of your mobile device. Go to Editor to check after shooting. Video size is matched with the selected image transmission mode.No support for setting some parameters."

The photos and videos are available in DJI Go app which is probably a cache. I have tried to format the Internal storage, but the formatting fails. I don't have the SD Card yet, however I cannot choose any storage as both SD card and Internal Storage shows "N/A".


How this could be resolved?

If you could kindly, please let us know what specific DJI unit you're using. Also, and if you have already tried to connect your unit to your desktop/laptop, kindly confirm if the Internal Storage can be detected. Many thanks and looking forward to your response.
