Ah just what you need,   more cars on those little roads.

That will have a considerable impact on the local infrastructure, without a doubt.

Nicely done.  Guess there isn't much that can be done when the planning board votes no and then is over-ridden by appeal.  No doubt some money changed hands under the table on this development.  Real shame, especially with local infrastructure already overloaded.

Am betting that there were "inducements" , the ruling party in Government gets a sizeable chunk of cash from developers and builders....
