Yes Peter. its because youtube promote the shorts more on phones to competite with TikTok.
so everyone with  a youtube channel shouldt produce some shorts now!

It´s less effort to make a short in the end instead of a full length video. BUT: shorts can be very addictive..  first i thought make a few shorts and then go back to usuall clips. now i make a new short every single day
