Hello Dji and friends,

I made a gift to myself in Christmas, the Ronin-RS2 and i am very happy with it
But i have a problem as you can see in the videos that i attached..

As you can see when i play with the Focus Motor via the Focus Wheel of RS2 it makes a NOISE
and that noise is very frastrating when shooting because it is included in the ediiting footage!!

But, As you can see when i calibrate the Focus Motor via the menu of RS2 "Focus Motor Calibration" that noise is not exist!!
Only in the end of the calibration process....!!!

Can you please help me?
Is there something that i do wrong?
Can be fixed by me or with a firmware update??
Is it possible to be a diffective Focus Motor??
I am also owner of Ronin-S with its Focus Motor but there is no such sound or noise...

The firmware of the Ronin-RS2 is   v. 01.03.00.50
           >>             Focus Motor is   v. 01.06     

Can someone from Dji at least reply to me ??

I've got the same issue. Sounds exactly the same. When the motor is controlled by 3D Focus, the problem also appears. A downgrade to firmware v.01.02.00.10 does help a little bit. After performed downgrade you can unplug the motor and upgrade to v.01.03.00.50. But this should not be the final way to solve this problem. I'm still waiting for the answer by german DJI support....

Today i bought a second Dji Focus Motor for my Ronin-RS2 ..
The problem after the upgrade of the firmware v. 1.06  is still there..
So, now we have to wait our beloved Dji to release a new firmware..

Same Noise from the focus motor on my RSC 2, so it is on both models. I have also use the focus motor with an early firmware (the first one they are shipped) and the noise-level was much lower.
