I have bought an osmo action about a month ago, and I'm pretty pleased. The whole purpose of the camera is live streaming via rtmp.



The first problem I've had: My camera does not recognize my phone tethering. I'm using a mi 9T pro with the latest version (MIUI 12.0.4.0 Stable) no root no modifications. Just stock. I can connect manually but sometimes the camera crashes and brings me to my second problem,

Sometimes it crashes. Today it crashed more than normal (about 3 or 4 times), but I have done 5-6 hours of continuous stream without a crash. After my camera crashed 2 times within 5 minutes, I closed the record video and I streamed for another 2 hours without any issue.



Some other questions;

Will we get pre-configured saves? For example my rtmp settings as a one click stream per se? Or set a page as a startup page with your last saved settings? I know it saves last wifi connection but not if you add it manually

Can we have additional settings on live stream? Maybe change Hz, shutter options etc? I'm getting some flickering and I cannot change any setting for live streaming other than quality bitrate and dewarp.

Can you please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue? Upon checking the said mobile device ( Mi 9T Pro ) that your are trying to use on your DJI Osmo Action and with the DJI Mimo application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not recommended for the said camera and with the said application. We would suggest using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Osmo Action and with the DJI Mimo application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Mi 9T Pro will be able to work on the DJI Osmo Action and with the DJI Mimo application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said action camera and with the said application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Mimo application while using it on the DJI Osmo Action. For reference I will post the list of recommended mobile devices for the DJI Osmo Action. Thank you.
