yes, It takes a lot of skill and training to be able to fly gently and accurately in Manual, especially with such a fast and heavy fpv drone.

no not that, I know how to fly, I'm worried about it breaking apart in mid-air

This is interesting, I think if you have a lot of experience flying drones and just for fun you wont need more than 2 batteries at once, what I usually do is to charge the other battery in my car while i am flying

Lol I have 4 batteries currently I burnt out one and damaged one

If you've seen any of the videos I've posted you'll see how fast I fly. Sometimes when doing Chase videos of edf jets I'm at full throttle for the whole time.  I even hit 99 miles per hour for a second or 2

It's never flown apart yet. I've hit the ground 3 times.  Only one of those times was due to anything other than pilot error.

The one time was due to an overheat because I was trying to carry a camera on top. A broken arm. I ordered the part. I fixed it myself. Total cost a $150.. I did a video of that too

When I first started RC, it was DIY so I still carry the phobia of the destruction and repairs.
I would want to do top speed in manual too but it feels risky.

I get that. But too much fear isn't good. If you need the speed to do something you want, then use it. If not then do what you do. Just have fun

The two other look like the Molicel P420A pack. Just with Samsung 40T and 50S.

I attach them to the side with the help of a small screw. Hard to explain, I'll take a picture soon. Depending on the battery, I achieve 1.3x to 1.8x compared to the original batteries. But the main reason was to get cheaper batteries. One costs me about 30 €/$.

what 3d printed material?

I used PETG to avoid problems when the batteries get a little warmer. In my tests, they didn't get warmer than 60°C. But I wanted to be on the safe side. Unfortunately, my printer isn't the best with it, but it works ;)

hi all , i got my DJI FPV only a few months ago . i have 4 batteries with the hub that i dont use BUT i brought one more charger so HALF the time to charge all 4 .

my batteries only lasts like 5min ish , never more than 6min in my usual hard flying in M mode.  the number of charge cycle on these are just approx 30- 40 ( the newest 4th one is in 20s) . is there a way to RESET them to improve the flight time?

many thanks

I have 4, but i need 2 more. I film RC planes during an event and i go through the batteries faster then i can charge them. I need them ready when i need them! So another charger and charging hub are needed.... Almost christmas

I do the same thing. On my channel I show my setup. You need a charger that will simultaneously charge all 4 batteries instead of one at a time.
That's what I use. I fly all day at a field with 4 batteries and I use a portable battery pack to do it and have never run it dry.
The only thing that slows me down really is the fact that if I pull the power from the battery too fast in flight it has to cool down before it will start to charge.
My setup is pretty good and works. But to be honest if I want it perfect I'll get 2 more batteries and one more charger since the particular charger I'm using only charges 3 batteries simultaneously so if I had six going simultaneously I will probably never run out of flight time

Goto 13:10 min mark
