Several times I have been height restricted  and the controller said to login with real name verification. How can I do that on SC without being at home on my computer.

I’ve been having this issue lately. Did you go to the fly app and made sure you are signed in?  

Yes on my laptop computer but I want to know how I can do that on the smart controller.

I meant from the DJI Fly app on the Smart Controller itself. Open DJI Fly app and sign in.

Log in or go to real-name authentication

Wondering why DJI won't fix that?
Its definitely a software bug.
