Hi,

I need Help, i just bought the Dji FPV.

I try to use the remote controller which is in the box, on my Mac book Air M1, to train on liftoff.

I tried to plugged the controler with USB C cable, but my computer can't find the remote.

ANy idea? It is possible to plug it into a Mac?

I had to use a USB Hub, for some reason, going directly to the computer wouldn't work

For me it works without a problem on a M1 Mac Mini with Velocidrone.

I like it a lot better than the DJI Sim. I never tried another sim. I didn't get lift off or something else because I didn't want to use steam.
It works okay. I'd like a bit more help in the different drones. They mostly fly the same (to my stick fingers at least).
It's great that you can build your own tracks, so I built a line of trees to circle...

Would anyone mind sharing a link / make model of usb hub you used?
For example - to clarify questions like:
1- Was it a powered hub
2- Was it USB-C on all ports (to the computer, and output)
3- Does it matter?

I've struggled so long with trying drivers/etc on my M1 Max 2022 that I want to minimize variables when I buy a hub and ideally get something exactly like someone else's that works.

DJI products have issues with connecting to a Mac with USB3 and above.

Use any USB 2.0 Hub powered or not.

You need to use a USB - A cable, even if it is also plugged into a USB-C adaptor.
