Does anybody know when adjusting the rate settings is this only for manual flying the fpv or does it also adjust flight characteristics in Normal and sport?

Affects manual only. Normal and Sports mode rates are set and can't be changed, although you can select tighter or wider turns for Sports mode which affects how much it banks.

Hi, Visual Air. Thanks for reaching out and posting your inquiry. Currently, the Gain & Expo Settings only affect the Manual Mode.

I would love to be able to have a faster sticks in normal and sports mode also.

Just Manual/acro mode buddy. Takes some doing but once you nail it, it flies so sweetly.
