Does anyone know if there is a way to use Active Track and make your Phone display "Full Screen" By Swiping up?

Also, does anyone know if there is a way to Lower the minimum height in Trace Mode? I'm able to lower it as far as I want in Spotlight...but it seems like Trace stops me at about 6.5 feet in the air?
