If I purchase a "second hand" Mavic Air 2 that has the original DJI REFRESH on it with about one month left can I (as the second owner) renew it for the 2nd year ?   If not, can the original owner renew it for me?

Yes, it is possible, as long as the DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) purchased for your aircraft is still valid and that there is at least 1 replacement left. In addition, please be noted that the DJI Care Refresh + are only eligible in the region where it was purchased. To ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh + and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.
