Old building remains are being converted to new configurations. I have been watching this site for some time and work seems to be suspended.
If you make it to the 55 sec mark you can see the outline of the original building.
I'll get back and do a better shoot at a later date.

Nicely done.   Could be one of those projects that you do in steps as available money permits.  Have a great day.
